S6939-2013 - NY Senate Open Legislation - Prohibits the sale or provision of any quantity of electronic liquid - New York State Senate

H/T to Russ Wishtart for posting this on We Are CASAA on FB-

Prohibits the sale or provision of any quantity of electronic liquid

Prohibits the sale or provision of any quantity of electronic liquid; defines "electronic liquid" as any liquid composed of nicotine and other chemicals that is sold for use in electronic cigarettes.

It's officially become a full blown war against e-cigarettes and harm reduction now.

Apart from this (most likely) being largely about combustible tobacco $$ and Pharma stocks, some part of me wonders if this particular bill isn't an attempt to kill NYC Clash's and Russ Wishtart's lawsuit against NYC over the newly enacted public vaping ban....

Harm reduction = lost revenue.

It's a sad day. I hope that this dosn't pass.

  1. I would have to agree, it is the loss of revenue that is causing all of these bans. So now they want to show that they have the power and can control what you do. Freakin rediculous!!!!

  2. Thank you for your dedication to our cause, as we are fighting for our lives. Anthony Broyles you are right and we will be attempting to match that power the 10 million of us vapers worldwide, but if smokers join in with us, when actually it's as much about those lives, taxes and public health lies it's all one fight, IMO and we all could be a 100 million strong. Let's see what that can accomplish. Otherwise like you I am disgusted and flabbergasted as any of us are. Thank you jredheadgirl, your brave, intelligent and always very informative.
