Fountain Of Youth

Thanks to Eric Callahan for posting this on Facebook via Forces International-

Imagine living well into your 90s whilst being in good health..It's possible. This video proves that health has a lot to do with limiting the amount of stress that one is exposed to on a daily basis; a diet consisting of healthy and unprocessed foods is also a huge factor...even if you smoke. Westerners should take note.

  2. A most interesting video, J. So where are the adverts telling us all to eat lots and lots of potatoes? Isn't part of the problem that the Holy Zealots have been spending fortunes on telling us what NOT to do rather than telling us what we SHOULD do? And I do not mean 'five-a-day crap - I mean specifics. Oh...I also mean ADVICE and not ORDERS.

    Off topic.

Have you ever heard of the McTear v Imperial Tobacco lawsuit? In it, ASH was THRASHED.

The JUDGEMENT by Lord Nimmo Smith (what a name!)was extremely long, but, if you want an interesting read, I have summarised it so that it is only about 50 pages. People tell me that my 'analysis' is enthralling. Do have a read if you have time.

    You can find it at:

What the judgement shows is that ASH ET AL could not prove that smoking did cause lung cancer. Nor could they prove that smoking could cause lung cancer. Nor could they prove those things even just on the balance of probabilities, never mind strict proof.

Have a read - if you have time.

  3. On an amusing note, J, do Americans have the colloquial phrase, "Getting your leg over?" I ask because the 'catchpa' was 'legove'.

If Americans do not have that colloquial phrase, then you will have to use your imagination....

  5. Junican-

"So where are the adverts telling us all to eat lots and lots of potatoes?"

Lol...Good question...Being of Irish decent (my mom is from Ireland...grew up in the U.K.), I have always been of the thought that potatoes (especially baked, with the skin) are in fact quite good for you:

I totally agree. Everyone is different; therefore, we all have different needs.

No, I have never heard of it. I will try to find the time to read the link that you have provided. Thanks!

"..do Americans have the colloquial phrase, "Getting your leg over?""

Yes, I have heard that term...from time to time. I wonder where it originated from..

  8. The Japanese have one of the longest life expectancies in the world, at more than 80. Japan also has one of the world's highest rates of smokers.

Funny how government and the MSM never mention it.
