Tobacco enterprises also "may promote the consumption and purchase of tobacco by children ... which may result in threats to public health, safety and welfare."

Um....Since when are children allowed into tobacco shops? Give me a break. Someone needs to inform these folks that, in a free society, there are limitations that are put upon the government's insatiable appetite for controlling virtually everything that we do . Tobacco is a legal product that is taxed into the high heavens. It has never been the job of government to decide what kind of products one is allowed to sell, based solely on their personal preferences and the whims of cultural relativism.
